Encrypted Emails for Client IDs

As some of you are aware, the TA Team reaches out to agencies periodically to follow up on various GPRA issues (i.e. missing client ID numbers, incorrect interview dates, etc.). For confidentiality purposes, client ID numbers and other identifying information cannot be communicated via email. From now on, the SOR TA Team will be sending encrypted emails when contacting agencies about GPRA issues specific to an individual client.

When you receive an encrypted email, the email will notify you that SORSupport@omni.org has sent you an encrypted email and prompt you to click a link to a site where you will enter your email and name. Once you do this, you will be able to read the email on the internet browser. You can respond to the email within the internet browser to send back an encrypted email (if you need to include confidential information).

Similarly, please do not include client ID numbers or any other identifying information in emails to the TA Team. If you need to disclose this information to the TA team, please send an encrypted email, call us at 800-279-2070, or email SORSupport@omni.org to set up a phone call.
