Subcontracted Substance Use Services - Please Provide Feedback

The SOR grant management team at DBHDS is looking to gather some information from CSBs on if and how CSBs are subcontracting substance use treatment and recovery services. Please coordinate with your fellow staff members to have at least one person from each CSB complete this survey by Friday, April 30. It is just two questions long, so should be a quick task. Thank you for your support in compiling this information!

Seeking your SOR II Success Stories!

DBHDS and OMNI are seeking your SOR II Success Stories and have made it easy for you to contribute throughout the year! We want to hear from you about how your SOR II funding is supporting the services you provide in your community.

We have prepared a very simple survey that will easily allow you to share some of your Success Stories on an ongoing basis. You can also attach documents or photos to better document your stories if you wish.

We look forward to reading (and seeing!) what you share.
